Our history
Since April 1994, when Ricardo and Fabrício Axt installed the first loom at home to meet the demand for knits with elastane, Texneo has grown without losing its roots. Three decades later, we continue with the founders at the helm, loom no. 1 in operation, and the customer at the center.
Today we are 500+ collaborators, serving 4,000+ clients in 18 countries and boasting a state-of-the-art industrial park. Our trajectory combines innovation, technology, and excellence, with portfolio expansion and global presence.
Sustainability is the essence of the business: we seek cleaner processes, diversified raw materials, and practices that inspire the entire chain to build a better future.

1994
Primeira produção da Farbe; Compra do primeiro tear instalado na casa da família.
Início das exportações para a Argentina Construção da primeira tinturaria.
2002
2001
Aumento da capacidade produtiva para 200 toneladas por mês.
Ampliação da fábrica e unificação da malharia, tinturaria e expedição.
2005
2010
Construção da nova expedição.
Revisão estratégica para mercados de Sportswear, Beachwear, Underwear e Lifewear .
2015
2016
Entrada em novos mercados: norte-americano e africano, compra da primeira máquina de estamparia digital e lançamento do Maxxi.
Mudança de nome de Farbe para Texneo, que significa TEX - têxtil + Neo – novo, inovação;
Início do tear Jacquard;
Ganhamos a primeira certificação Abvtex.

Entrada no mercado europeu;
Instalação de nova rama, ampliando a capacidade produtiva.
Inauguração de uma das malharias mais modernas do Brasil.

Lançamento do TexneoGreen, uma série de procedimentos têxteis mais ecológicos;
Criação da linha Green com produtos sustentáveis .
Criação do Texplay e da Diretoria de Novos Negócios

Aumento da capacidade produtiva para 700 toneladas mensais .
